This Return and Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, returns, and replacement options. By purchasing or reserving an Australian Shepherd puppy through our program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
Puppy Deposits
All deposits placed to reserve one of our Australian Shepherd puppies are non-refundable. Deposits are used to secure your selected puppy and remove the puppy from public availability. This helps us maintain a fair and organized reservation process for all prospective families.
Final Payments and Sales
Once full payment has been made and the puppy has been picked up or delivered, the sale is considered final. Due to the nature of live-animal placement, Australian Shepherd Breeder does not provide monetary refunds after a puppy has left our care, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed upon in writing.
Returns and Rehoming
We understand that circumstances can sometimes change. If you are no longer able to keep your Australian Shepherd puppy, please contact us as soon as possible at aussielovedogs@gmail.com. We may accept the return of a puppy under appropriate circumstances and subject to prior approval.
- The puppy should be returned in good overall health and condition
- The owner must contact us and receive approval before arranging a return
- The owner is responsible for transportation and other costs associated with the return
- The puppy will be evaluated before any further placement arrangements are made
Our priority is the safety and well-being of every Australian Shepherd puppy. When a puppy is returned, we will work to determine an appropriate and responsible placement based on the puppy’s individual needs.
Replacement Puppy Policy
In certain circumstances, we may offer a replacement puppy rather than a monetary refund. Any replacement arrangement will be considered individually and will depend on the circumstances, available puppies, and mutual agreement with the client.
The replacement option may be subject to the following conditions:
- The original puppy may need to be returned or evaluated
- Replacement depends on available litters and appropriate timing
- Families may express a preference for a future puppy, but immediate availability cannot be guaranteed
- Additional expenses, including transportation, may apply
This approach allows us to support our puppy families while maintaining responsible placement practices.
Health Guarantee
Australian Shepherd puppies placed through our program receive applicable health documentation and a health guarantee at the time of adoption. Buyers should arrange for their puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
If a serious health concern is identified during this period, please contact us promptly at aussielovedogs@gmail.com and provide the relevant veterinary documentation. We will review the circumstances and may provide appropriate guidance or support in accordance with the terms of the applicable health guarantee.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation after placing a deposit, the deposit remains non-refundable. Where appropriate, we may allow the deposit to be transferred toward another available Australian Shepherd puppy or a future litter, subject to availability and our agreement.
Buyer Responsibility
Purchasing an Australian Shepherd puppy is a long-term commitment. By adopting a puppy through our program, you acknowledge your responsibility to provide appropriate nutrition, veterinary care, training, exercise, socialization, and a safe and loving living environment.
We strongly encourage all prospective owners to carefully consider their lifestyle, resources, and ability to provide lifelong care before completing a reservation or purchase.
