Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Australian Shepherd Breeder. By accessing our website at aussielovedogs.com or purchasing an Australian Shepherd puppy through our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or proceeding with a puppy reservation or purchase.
Use of Website
This website is intended to provide information about our Australian Shepherd puppies, breeding program, and available services. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
Puppy Adoption Agreement
By purchasing or reserving an Australian Shepherd puppy, you acknowledge that pet ownership is a long-term responsibility. You agree to provide your puppy with appropriate nutrition, veterinary care, training, exercise, socialization, and a safe, loving living environment.
Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. A deposit may be required to reserve a specific puppy, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy is released for pickup or delivery.
Payments must be made using payment methods approved and agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Deposits
Deposits placed to reserve an Australian Shepherd puppy are non-refundable. A deposit secures the selected puppy and allows us to remove the puppy from general availability while preparing for its placement with your family.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery options may be available depending on location and individual circumstances. Transportation arrangements, timelines, and associated costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the puppy is released. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Health Guarantee
Australian Shepherd puppies are provided with applicable health documentation and a health guarantee at the time of placement. Buyers should arrange for their puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
If a serious health concern is identified during this period, please contact us promptly at aussielovedogs@gmail.com and provide the relevant veterinary documentation so the situation can be reviewed in accordance with the applicable health guarantee.
Returns and Replacement
Once an Australian Shepherd puppy has been picked up or delivered, the sale is considered final, and monetary refunds are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Under certain circumstances, we may accept the return of a puppy and consider a replacement based on the circumstances, puppy availability, and mutual agreement. All return or replacement requests must be submitted by contacting us at aussielovedogs@gmail.com.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Australian Shepherd Breeder is not responsible for losses, damages, or expenses arising after ownership of the puppy has transferred to the buyer. The buyer assumes responsibility for the puppy upon completion of the agreed pickup or delivery.
